I have over 9 years of experience in Information Science, Information Architecture and User Experience Design. I identify and incorporate consumer needs into user centered website designs. I have managed web projects and developed interactive project coordination.
Among my knowledge there is defining site structure, navigation, and page layout by creating site maps and wireframes, writing use cases and UI specifications, assessing interface usability, and managing content inventories. I also make business analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional/business requirements based on information gathering sessions with clients/stakeholders and project team members. I make qualitative research, including conducting in-depth customer interviews, contextual field research, and competitive analysis.
